Bruntrager and Billings, P.C. has been involved in local government in St. Louis since our firm’s founder, Ray A. Bruntrager was appointed the Municipal Judge of the City of Pine Lawn in the early 1970s. Since that time, our firm’s partners have been extensively involved as the Judge, Prosecutor or Public Defender in Des Peres, Fenton, Manchester, Overland, Lakeshire, Winchester, Riverview and Warrenton as well as Special City Attorney in Maryland Heights.
Neil Bruntrager was recently named City Attorney for the City of Webster Groves. Neil brought the breadth of knowledge of land use, litigation, sunshine law and multiple other areas of law related to local government to serve the citizens of Webster Groves.
Bruntrager and Billings, P.C. continues to serve as General Counsel to Lincoln County and as General Counsel to 10 fire and ambulance districts.
