Charlie W. Billings

Charlie W. Billings brings to Bruntrager and Billings the experience and insight from handling a variety of cases of all levels including federal, state, and municipal court. Charlie W. Billings is dedicated to handling each case with personalized attention to detail with open and honest communication with each client. Charlie focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, DWI, civil and administrative law and product liability cases. He also serves as an assistant municipal prosecutor for the City of Overland and is the Provisional Judge in several municipalities. Charlie W. Billings is also an active member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association (MMACJA).

Charlie received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Ohio in 2001. In 2004, he obtained his law degree from The John Marshall Law School. Soon after graduation, Charlie joined the Circuit Attorney’s Office as both a special prosecutor and prosecutor. At the Circuit Attorney’s Office, Charlie gained a wealth of experience in criminal law and trial practice. Charlie even had the opportunity to successfully argue in the Missouri Supreme Court.

At Bruntrager and Billings, Charlie enjoys the collaborative efforts the firm brings to each case which he feels is unique to the family firm. “Each client in our law firm will have its own legal team.” The wealth of knowledge the firm brings to each case only occurs when you have the history of legal practice starting with Charlie’s grandfather who started the firm in 1954.
